My Strengths
1. Strength based leaderships are where people focus on developing and growing new and their strengths with the help of other people and resources.
2. I think leading with your strengths helps you become an example for others as well as help achieve your own goals. This is important because it will allow for you to find out what your strengths are when you need them the most.
3.My myers Briggs code is ENFJ-T.
5. My strengths that were listed under the myers briggs were tolerant, charismatic, and reliable. I think with being tolerable allows you to be open to controversial discussions and for others to be more opening to a conversation to a person who has this quality. Another quality would be charismatic, being able to charm people can get you further in life, and it gives you the power to change the moods of people who might be feeling down around them which can make someone feel so good about themselves. Being reliable is a valued strength, knowing that you are the person someone calls in a time of need like a bad breakup, or even a death of a loved one.
6. I think a strength that was not discussed would be self-aware, knowing my strengths and knowing where my weaknesses are in myself and ensuring that I am always trying to find a way to better myself, and the others around me.
7. I am most proud of a natural leader. With what I want to do in life having this it will get me far because I believe in my passions and want to be a advocate for what I believe in, and in order to make change you must be loud and objectifying to make it happen.
8. A down side to strengths would be using them to much to where it harms people, one example could be being to altruistic, and focusing all of your attention on doing good for others might enable that person with less personal time.
